Array, a global leader in retail merchandising, seeks an Account Director, EMEA Prestige Beauty, to lead strategic client relationships and drive growth across the region. The role is based in Paris with responsibility for a significant portfolio and high-level negotiations.

You will manage senior stakeholders, develop account plans, coach the regional team, and partner with Design, Engineering and Operations to deliver outstanding retail solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic account management or related fields.
• Experience managing large international accounts and significant commercial portfolios.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Based in Paris with willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic relationships with Prestige Beauty and Luxury clients across EMEA, from operational teams to C-suite.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client priorities and Array’s growth objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and long-term client partnerships across a significant portfolio.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts and across prospective clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract frameworks and key account agreements.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Retail, Procurement, Operations and other client functions.
• Coach and develop the EMEA account management team, fostering accountability and performance.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
• Work with clients to develop innovation roadmaps and identify new retail solutions and opportunities.
• Drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Array’s global organisation to deliver consistent solutions across markets.
