Givaudan in Argenteuil, France, seeks a strategic Regional Technology Head Europe to lead the Regional Fragrance Technology team and translate global technology strategies into regional actions. You will guide technical, analytical and sensory support, drive innovation, and align across functions to deliver competitive advantage.

You will mentor scientists, manage budgets, and collaborate with customers and partners to advance fragrance technology across Europe.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Significant fragrance/FMCG experience with leadership.
• Proven track record building high-performing teams and talent.

Responsabilités

• Define and adapt the Regional Technology strategy based on regional business priorities and the Global Technology strategy.
• Lead the Regional Fragrance Technology team and represent the Technology function in Regional Leadership Forums.
• Act as the key interface between Technology, Development, Commercial teams and customers.
• Collaborate across regions and functions to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Anticipate future capability and resource requirements to support growth.
• Manage operational and capital expenditure budget for the team.
• Provide technical, analytical and sensory support to Development and Commercial teams.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborations with external partners.
