Givaudan in France near Paris is seeking a Consumer Market Insights Manager to lead regional projects for Europe, partnering with Evaluation, Perfumers, Sales and Marketing to provide actionable consumer insights across fragrances and consumer products.

You will manage end-to-end studies, coordinate with agencies, and translate data into strategic fragrance development and marketing decisions, collaborating across cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualificações

• 6 years of experience in Consumer Insights in market research companies, FMCG companies or fragrance industry.
• Knowledge and use of consumer testing techniques (quantitative or qualitative), methodologies, design, and statistical approaches.
• Experience of having run consumer or product tests, ability to analyze data and produce reports.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different stages, including logistic aspects.
• Presentation skills to clearly communicate consumer findings and transform data into actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Be at the heart of fragrance creation by partnering with Evaluation, Perfumers, Sales, Marketing and cross-regional teams.
• Manage projects from A to Z: define test timelines, set up consumer tests, analyze results and interpret data to guide fragrance development and marketing.
• Coordinate tests with market research agencies: brief agencies, select providers, craft questionnaires, oversee recruitment and data delivery.
