Senior Account Executive - Remote in France

Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive growth across France from a remote basis. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, build and maintain a robust pipeline, and partner with solution engineers to demonstrate value to customers and partners.

You will own forecast accuracy, nurture relationships, and contribute to responses to RFPs while collaborating with internal teams to expand opportunities and close deals effectively.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; proven account management experience in tech sales.
• Proven ability to manage a sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM and account planning tools to forecast and plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed quota with accurate real‑time forecasting.
• Proactively contact customers and partners to grow pipeline and manage accounts.
• Collaborate with solution engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and drive opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with RFPs and contribute to responses; participate in trade shows to engage customers.
• Develop closing plans and lead negotiations to ensure on‑time closures and forecasts.
