KONE is seeking a Sales Support and Customer Relationship Management assistant in France to assist the sales team with back-office tasks, tenders, orders, and customer inquiries. You will work with SAP, Tendering tools and CRM to ensure accurate data and smooth operations.

You will maintain customer data, monitor leads, follow up on design approvals, handle invoicing, and prepare reports for multiple managers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and CRM systems.
• Familiarity with tendering processes.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer data and records.
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Back-office support for tenders, orders, documents, and customer inquiries using SAP, Tendering tool, and CRM.
• Maintain customer data and hierarchies in SAP and CRM as directed.
• Monitor leads and opportunities in CRM and assign to the right person.
• Follow up customer approvals of designs and layout drawings.
• Maintain sales and tendering tools and master templates as directed.
• Handle invoicing and monitor overdue payments where applicable.
• Provide reports for sales, marketing, installation, delivery and finance teams.
• Assist in general office tasks.
