Arrive is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to lead flagship learning initiatives, including the Arrive Sales Academy and Certification Sprint Weeks. You’ll partner with PMM, RevOps and sales leaders across business units to deliver measurable learning impact.

This hybrid role requires 2–3 days per week in one of our offices (Stockholm, Paris, or London). You will drive programme delivery, governance and stakeholder alignment across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in sales enablement, learning & development or similar environments.
• Experience delivering large-scale live and virtual learning programmes.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN or similar methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple programmes across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and oversee flagship programmes like Arrive Sales Academy.
• Collaborate with PMM and RevOps to translate priorities into learning experiences.
• Maintain rolling programme roadmap and quarterly planning.
• Ensure content quality, engagement and measurable impact.
• Define success metrics and report outcomes to sales leaders.
• Evaluate enablement tech stack and implement vendors as needed.
