Sidetrade Academy Lead position in Île-de-France seeks an experienced enablement leader to relaunch and scale the Academy as the platform behind our shift from low touch to high touch Customer Success. You will build a team, coordinate across Product, R&D, CX, and use Sidetrade IQ to shape content delivery and adoption.

You will manage content lifecycle, deliver multi-language training and in-app help, and drive measurable ROI with self-service at scale, reporting to the Chief Customer

Qualifications

• Five to eight years in enablement, learning and development, content operations or product management in a B2B SaaS company.
• Track record building or scaling a learning content ecosystem, from LXP tracks and video to in-app help, webinars, playbooks and certification programmes.
• Experience building and leading a small team, and coordinating contributors across Product, R&D and CX.
• Hands-on experience with digital adoption and in-app guidance platforms (WalkMe, Pendo, Whatfix or similar).
• Fluency and enthusiasm with modern AI intelligence platforms; familiarity with Sidetrade IQ.

Responsabilités

• Relaunch and lead Sidetrade Academy with a growing team and operating model.
• Build customer training and certification system across every product, in multiple languages.
• Stand up in-app help and digital adoption to reduce support tickets and boost adoption.
• Make self-service the engine of high-touch CS and coordinate CS, product and CX teams.
• Industrialise the six-stage content lifecycle and manage four stages (intake, packaging, distribution, measurement).
• Enable Product AVPs and R&D VPs on Sidetrade IQ content methods and ownership.
• Run the Academy platform and tooling, select LXP and in-app help tools, and standardize content production.
