Alma in Paris is seeking a Business Development Representative to help expand its SMB customer base. In this role, you will report to the Head of Sales SMB and be responsible for developing sales activity, generating lists of prospects, and implementing a prospecting strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role and be fluent in French, English, and Spanish. You will benefit from ongoing coaching and training to develop essential commercial and e-commerce skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar role (internships included).
• Experience in selling B2B solutions is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop sales activity using phone, email, and social networks.
• Generate lists of prospects in collaboration with teams.
• Implement a prospecting strategy for qualifying needs.
• Obtain qualified appointments for Account Executives.
• Track and monitor activity to improve prospecting processes.
