Alma, a leading European BNPL provider, is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Paris to grow its SMB merchant portfolio across France and the DACH region. You will develop the sales activity, generate targeted prospect lists, and drive qualified appointments for the Account Executives within a fast-growing, international team.

You will report to the Head of Sales SMB and work with tools like Salesforce, Gong and Dust to optimize outreach, with a target to expand Alma's

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (internships and apprenticeships included).
• Fluency in French, German and English.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across the industry.

Responsabilités

• Develop Alma's sales activity using available tools and collaborate with Growth to prospect verticals with merchants under €10M turnover.
• Generate lists of prospects with Growth and Marketing.
• Implement a prospecting strategy and follow up targets to qualify needs and identify projects.
• Obtain qualified appointments for Account Executives.
• Track and monitor activity to improve the prospecting process.
