JustRelate is seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Lead to guide complex SaaS implementations from discovery to delivery for European enterprise clients.

You will bridge business strategy and technology, coordinating with consultants, product teams, designers, and engineers to create scalable, high‑impact digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• French bilingual proficiency required.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery workshops and define digital solution strategies with enterprise customers.
• Translate business objectives into scalable solution concepts and implementation roadmaps.
• Manage complex digital projects throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across consulting, design, development, and product management.
• Drive agile delivery, manage priorities, risks, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Budget ownership, revenue tracking, and capacity/utilization management for billable project teams.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and become their strategic advisor.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value and continuously improve digital platforms.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with outstanding quality.
