Jobgether SRL is seeking an Onboarding Engineer in France to lead technical onboarding, API integrations, data mapping, and CRM configuration. You will collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, and Engineering to resolve technical challenges and deliver a consistent customer experience.

The role emphasizes building scalable onboarding processes, documenting procedures, and shaping AI-driven partnership methods within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success engineering.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, data integrations, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding projects end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical setup of customer onboarding, including API integrations, data mapping, and CRM configuration.
• Coordinate the full onboarding lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success.
• Diagnose and resolve integration failures, data sync issues, and configuration challenges.
• Develop and maintain onboarding runbooks, guides, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and advocate for product improvements.
• Monitor onboarding metrics and identify risks to keep projects on track.
