Payflows in Paris is hiring a recent graduate to join our customer onboarding team, helping finance, treasury, and procurement teams learn and succeed on the platform.

You will work closely with Implementation Managers, Product, and Customer Success to deliver smooth, high-quality onboarding experiences that drive value quickly.

You are curious, analytical, and proactive, with a passion for finance, technology, and AI, ready to grow into an Implementation Manager.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate from top business, engineering, or economics program.
• Interest in SaaS, consulting, or financial services seen as plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort with Notion, Excel, or HubSpot, and quick learner.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work with customers.

Responsabilités

• Support customer onboarding from kickoff to setup.
• Guide users through the platform and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support for fast issue resolution.
• Track milestones and keep clients informed.
• Refine playbooks and documentation for global onboarding.
• Continuously learn Payflows platform and enterprise finance processes.
