Deel is seeking an HR Implementation Consultant to lead HR deployments across Deel’s suite (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning and Compensation). You will manage data migrations, configure systems, and ensure seamless transitions while training clients and guiding internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SaaS HR implementation, deep experience with HR data, and strong PM with a client-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SaaS HR implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in managing and ensuring accuracy of large HR datasets.
• Fluent in English and French or Spanish.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with change management in enterprise settings.
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Proficient in HR systems and related tools.
• Passion for empowering customers and colleagues through training and support.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Excellent communicator, able to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with migration to Deel’s HR tools, ensuring a smooth rollout.
• Consult with stakeholders to recommend best practices for implementation.
• Become an expert user of Deel HR tools to guide clients on features and touchpoints.
• Guide clients through onboarding and sales cycle planning phases.
• Perform data imports and migrations with high accuracy and data integrity.
• Protect sensitive employee information during migration, complying with data regulations.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering.
• Contribute to improving Deel HR migration processes and SOPs.
