Yassir in Paris is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead end-to-end HRIS implementations, coordinating with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.

You will drive requirements, data migrations, testing, change management, training, and governance, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing optimization of HRIS across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience leading at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance
• Experience integrating HRIS platforms with Payroll, Identity Management, ATS or ERP is a strong advantage

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to leadership and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
• Gather and document business requirements from HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
