Deel is hiring for an implementation leader to drive end-to-end deployment of our payroll and HR platform for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with clients to translate business needs into customized configurations, oversee data migrations, and coordinate product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation consulting or project management, including at least 3 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong technical background with hands-on configurations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Excellent project management skills with multiple client projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in SaaS or technology-driven environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems and drive solutions during implementation.
• Leadership and mentoring capability for junior teammates.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Deel’s solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and design aligned solutions.
• Provide guidance and support during implementation to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and customer success.
• Configure systems, manage data migrations, and perform integrations.
• Manage client relationships throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop and deliver training materials to enable client success.
• Identify and resolve technical issues; escalate when necessary.
• Track implementation progress and report to clients and leadership.
• continually improve implementation processes to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
