Deel is seeking a skilled Payroll Implementation Lead to oversee global payroll system deployments. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, define requirements, and ensure a smooth migration from legacy systems to Deel’s payroll platform.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll implementations, strong project management skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. You will drive go‑live activities, maintain documentation, and provide training and ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global payroll implementation experience.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation for Deel clients.
• Coordinate with onboarding teams and clients to plan the rollout.
• Define payroll processes and data requirements; ensure timely calendars.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Configure interfaces, reports and systems for live payroll.
• Lead go-live, sign-off, and post‑go-live support and training.
• Escalate risks and manage client communications and expectations.
