Ekimetrics is seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS) and to manage the RUN transition post go‑live. You will coordinate HR, IT, and finance stakeholders, oversee system integrator work, and drive governance, risk, and quality across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5–7 years in HRIS projects and hands‑on experience with major HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS project management.
• Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation projects (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar).
• Strong experience in managing external system integrators.
• Experience in HR transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall HRIS project framing: scope, roadmap, budget, governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across HR, IT, and finance; manage workshops and communications.
• Oversee integrator delivery: design, configuration, testing, data migration.
• Drive RUN preparation: knowledge transfer, RUN documentation, support model.
