Job summary

Apaleo invites a driven Business Development Representative to join the sales engine and fuel growth in the DACH market. You will qualify inbound leads and proactively prospect to build a robust pipeline, partnering with Account Executives to ensure smooth handovers and high-quality opportunities.

In this role, you will meet ambitious monthly targets, run discovery conversations, and leverage tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Zoom, and Modjo to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or sales development.
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline-building.
• Ability to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 for both markets).
• Hospitality tech or SaaS background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage inbound leads with fast qualification.
• Proactively build pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Consistently meet monthly targets (meetings, opportunities).
• Conduct structured discovery to identify customer needs and pain points.
• Engage decision-makers in hospitality and articulate Apaleo's value.
