Apaleo, a leading hospitality tech platform, seeks a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives. You’ll handle inbound leads, proactively prospect, and drive pipeline with calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.

This high-impact role offers a clear path to an Account Executive position. You’ll collaborate with sales and partners, maintain data integrity in HubSpot, and thrive under KPIs in a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or similar commercial roles.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and target-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication in English and German at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and create qualified sales opportunities.
• Proactively build pipeline through calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings and opportunities.
• Conduct discovery to uncover customer needs and pains.
• Coordinate handovers with Account Executives and leverage partners.
