Apaleo, the open, API-first property management platform, is hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel growth in the hospitality tech space. As a front-line giver of qualified opportunities, you will generate pipeline for Account Executives through inbound and outbound efforts.

This high-impact role emphasizes discovery, collaboration with AEs, and data hygiene in HubSpot. Fluency in French and English is required; Italian/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or sales development.
• Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline building.
• Comfort with targets, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 for French market).

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound leads with fast qualification.
• Build pipeline via outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Meet monthly targets for meetings and opportunities.
• Conduct discovery to uncover customer needs.
