Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or OR-based roles.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including overnight travel.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset with influence in high-pressure OR environments.
• Ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders.
• Healthcare credentialing and facility entry requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OR expert for CORI robotic knee and hip solutions with hands-on case coverage.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology with teams.
• Support product launches, conversions, and strategic growth initiatives in territory.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency.
• Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute to revenue.
• Represent Smith+NePhew at labs, services, and medical education events.
