Surgerii Robotics Co. is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to partner with hospital customers during early market adoption. You will work directly with surgeons and OR teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of our robotic system.

The role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and involves on-site support, training, and close coordination with Sales, Clinical, Service, and Technical teams. You will travel within Marseille and participate in a 3‑week onboarding program in China.

Qualifications

• Nursing background with operating room experience.
• Experience with medical devices, healthcare, or hospital operations.
• Fluency in French and English; Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Marseille to support hospital customers.
• Comfortable working in operating rooms and supporting surgical teams.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned hospitals.
• Provide on-site and remote support to surgeons and OR staff.
• Support surgeries, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Coordinate with the technical service team on issues.
• Provide training and guidance to clinical users on the robotic system.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and hospital stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Service, and Technical teams.
• Gather customer feedback and follow up on service issues.
• Support customer adoption and system utilization.
