H Company is a European frontier AI lab building computer-use agents and enterprise tools. We are defining the revenue engine for sales, partnerships, and marketing, overseeing forecasting, pipeline health, pricing governance, and data strategy.

The role is a builder position reporting to the COO, collaborating with GTM leads across the business. You will design end-to-end RevOps processes, manage the GTM data stack, and drive target-driven growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building RevOps from early stage through scale in B2B SaaS or AI.
• Experience in enterprise sales-led and usage-based revenue models.
• Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) and fluency in SQL or BI tools.
• Forecasts leadership trusted by executives.
• Ability to challenge a VP on deal structure with data.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end GTM process across self-serve (API) and enterprise motions.
• Own forecasting, annual and quarterly planning, and capacity modeling.
• Manage HubSpot and the wider GTM data stack, including data hygiene and integrations.
• Set pricing governance, discount approvals, and contract workflows for the API.
• Build and administer sales compensation plans and quota tracking.
• Produce leadership metrics on win rates, cycle time, CAC, and NRR.
• Automate RevOps workflows using internal agents.
