Job summary

Learnlight is seeking a Revenue Operations professional to own the end-to-end revenue process, from opportunity through billing and revenue recognition. You will translate commercial needs into scalable system requirements and work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and technical teams.

You will manage the CRM and revenue data environment, govern data quality, and drive the technology roadmap across CRM, engagement, and billing platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations or similar.
• Experience owning CRM processes and data governance.
• Hands-on administration of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end revenue process from opportunity to revenue.
• Translate commercial needs into system requirements with tech teams.
• Manage CRM and revenue data environment, including configuration and data hygiene.
• Own revenue data governance with definitions and controls.
• Lead the revenue technology roadmap and optimize the tech stack.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Finance to improve adoption and governance.
