Job summary

RealAdvisor Ltd. is hiring a Revenue Operations Specialist to scale our revenue engine across a 200+ person commercial organization. You will own automation, data pipelines, dashboards, and CRM processes, collaborating with Sales, CS, and Marketing to drive efficiency and predictability.

This fully remote role offers high impact, growth toward Head of Revenue Operations, and the chance to influence revenue strategy across international markets. Join an ambitious, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Growth Ops, or data-driven roles.
• Strong SQL skills; Python or TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with CRMs and automation tools (Close, HubSpot, Zapier, n8n), data warehouses (BigQuery, PostgreSQL) and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows across CRM, marketing, and CS tools.
• Analyze revenue and customer data to support decisions and experiments.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and teams.
• Own and continuously improve our CRM (Close) and related workflows across teams and countries.
