Job summary

Alan in Paris is hiring a Senior Revenue Operations professional to drive the sales machine across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end, from strategy to execution, with a focus on enabling sales teams and reducing CAC.

You’ll work with low-code tools, AI, Salesforce and SQL, and own fields, flows and integrations. The role combines field insights with data-driven decision making in a fast-growing health‑tech group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops with hands-on building experience.
• Strong ownership, PM skills, and ability to lead initiatives end-to-end.
• Builder mindset with hands-on SQL and data tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end from roadmap to adoption.
• Spot gaps in sales processes and design smarter, automated workflows.
• Evaluate tools, run tests, and roll out successful solutions.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product and Finance to improve CAC.
