Job summary

EasyVista, a leading ITSM and IT Operations platform in France, seeks a Sales IS Manager to architect and deliver scalable Revenue Operations solutions. You will own Salesforce-based CPQ, automation, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows while partnering with Revenue Operations to optimize the go-to-market engine.

You will drive architectural decisions, enable user adoption, and ensure reliable, measurable impact across revenue systems and data governance.

Qualifications

CPQ expertise in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud or equivalent.
Experience evaluating RevOps technologies across CRM, sales enablement, marketing automation, customer success, and revenue intelligence platforms.
Hands-on automation experience with N8N, Make, or equivalent; strong workflow optimization knowledge.
API integration experience between revenue systems (CRM, ERP, CX, BI).
Data migrations, deduplication, enrichment, validation frameworks, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and automation frameworks for scalable, maintainable apps.
Configure CPQ catalogs, pricing, approval workflows, and quote-to-cash functionality to support efficient commercial processes.
Integrate revenue platforms through APIs, ETL pipelines, and native connectors to enable data exchange and reporting consistency.
Lead data migration activities with extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and import/export to ensure data integrity.
Define and enforce technical standards across sandbox and production environments for reliable deployments.
Serve as technical lead for Revenue Operations technology stack, ensuring alignment and scalability.
Evaluate technology solutions and architectural approaches that optimize value while reducing technical debt.
Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver knowledge transfer, training, and AI adoption guidance.
Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents to automate revenue processes with governance and cost controls.
