Job summary

A2MAC1 is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager EMEA & AMERICAS to drive operational excellence across the revenue cycle, leveraging automation and AI-driven insights. You will partner with regional sales, marketing, finance and HR to scale processes, ensure data discipline, and deliver actionable reports to leaders.

You will report to the Global Revenue Operations Manager and help translate regional initiatives into reusable global processes, tooling, and analytics, enabling growth

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Revenue/Sales Operations or Business Analysis.
• Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments is a strong plus.
• Strong ability to automate workflows and generate insights with AI.

Responsibilities

• Scale processes and automate recurring workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ensure governance, data discipline, and policy compliance across regions.
• Support regional leaders in setting targets, targets, and transparent reporting.
• Develop budgets and long-term growth plans for EMEA and AMERICAS.
• Provide automated, timely reports to C-level and investors.
