Job summary

A2MAC1 is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager for EMEA and AMERICAS to drive operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across the revenue cycle. You will automate workflows, deliver AI-enabled insights, and support leaders with actionable reporting.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to scale successful regional initiatives into reusable processes and global templates while reporting to the Global Revenue Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analysis.
• Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments and in automation or AI-supported analytics is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale processes to improve team efficiency and automate recurring workflows.
• Maintain Global Revenue Operations policies across EMEA & AMERICAS and ensure data discipline.
• Support regional leaders in setting targets, calculating commissions, and ensuring transparent reporting.
