Job summary

A2MAC1 is seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Manager for EMEA & AMERICAS to scale revenue operations, automate recurring workflows, and deliver AI-powered insights that empower customer-facing teams to grow. You will standardize processes, ensure data discipline, and drive efficiency across the revenue cycle.

In collaboration with the Global Revenue Operations Manager, you will own regional budgeting, targets, and governance while building scalable reports for executives and investors.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue processes in SaaS.
• Proven ability to implement automation and AI-enabled insights.
• Experience with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT.
• Excellent data governance and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Scale processes to improve team efficiency and automate recurring workflows.
• Maintain Global Revenue Operations policies and data discipline across EMEA & AMERICAS.
• Support regional sales leaders in setting annual targets, commissions, and output transparency.
• Own regional budgeting and multi-year growth plans for EMEA and AMERICAS.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
• Provide automated weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting to stakeholders.
• Train revenue teams on CRM, Marketing Automation, and AI-enabled data collection.
