Job summary

Akur8 is seeking a Finance/ Sales Operations professional to ensure signed contracts are accurately reflected, invoices issued on time, and payment follow-up is efficient. You will bridge Finance, Sales Ops and customers, improve Salesforce-Maxio workflows, and ensure billing data reliability across currencies and entities.

You will join Akur8's Finance team and handle contract setup, invoicing, collections, and collaboration with procurement and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales administration, including billing and collections.
• Experience with contracts involving renewals, upsells, amendments and multiple currencies or entities.
• Experience with a CRM to billing system integration.
• Understanding of revenue recognition principles.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing requirements in France.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing signed contracts and amendments, comparing them with information in Salesforce.
• Creating customers and contracts in Maxio, including identifiers for electronic invoicing.
• Issuing invoices and credit notes in Maxio and uploading to customer portals as required.
• Reviewing automated annual indexation results and updating Salesforce accordingly.
• Contacting customers with overdue invoices and coordinating with accounting and procurement teams.
• Sharing payment delays with Sales Ops and supporting follow-ups.
• Tracking the monthly accounts receivable ageing, overdue balances and DSO.
• Acting as Finance point of contact for Salesforce data-entry rules and integration testing.
• Identifying repetitive tasks to automate and supporting implementation.
