Job summary

Akur8, a fast-growing InsurTech, is seeking a Finance Administrator to own the contract-to-cash cycle across all entities and currencies. You will register contracts in Salesforce, create customers in Maxio, issue invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments from our Paris office.

You will collaborate with Sales Ops, procurement, and accounting to ensure accurate invoicing, revenue recognition, and data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales administration, including billing and collections.
• Experience with contracts involving renewals, upsells, amendments and multiple currencies or entities.
• Experience with a CRM-to-billing system integration.
• Understanding of revenue recognition basics.
• Knowledge of electronic invoicing requirements in France.

Responsibilities

• Review signed contracts and amendments and compare with Salesforce data.
• Create customers and contracts in Maxio with invoicing identifiers.
• Issue invoices and credit notes in Maxio and upload to portals when required.
• Review automated indexation results and update Salesforce accordingly.
• Contact customers with overdue invoices and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Share payment delays with Sales Ops and support follow-up with sales teams.
• Track monthly AR ageing, overdue balances and DSO.
• Act as Finance point of contact for Salesforce data-entry rules and integration testing.
• Identify repetitive tasks for automation and support implementation.
• Ensure Maxio reports are reliable for FP&A forecasting and budgeting.
