Qualifications

• 1+ years of IT project experience (internships/apprenticeships included).
• Master in engineering, or management with IT specialization, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of data modelling; able to read/understand code logic.

Responsibilities

• Understand team processes, identify gaps and help stakeholders define clearer ways of working.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical technical solutions.
• Configure and implement new features, processes and tools while expanding knowledge of related technologies.
• Create user documentation, train teams and support adoption of new features and processes.
• Work with the Business Systems Manager to take increasing ownership of applications and processes across Akur8.
