Crocs, Inc. is seeking a motivated retail teammate in Île-de-France. You’ll deliver outstanding service to our consumers using the CHARM model, build relationships with customers and colleagues, and help the store meet and exceed performance goals.

You’ll participate in daily store operations, POS management, stock replenishment, pricing, promotions, and maintaining a welcoming, organized environment. 2–3 years of retail experience and strong leadership and communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience or store leadership exposure.
• Strong communication skills in local language and English.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

• Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, team members, and the community.
• Lead the store team to meet and exceed sales, service, and engagement metrics.
