Qualifications

• 2–3 years retail experience, store leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, empowering teams to meet targets.
• Fluent in local language and English.
• Flexible schedule; nights, weekends, holidays.
• Passion for retail and creating memorable experiences.
• Detail-oriented and efficient.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.
• Proud Crocs brand ambassador.

Responsabilités

• Deliver outstanding service using our CHARM service model.
• Build relationships with consumers, teammates, and the community.
• Lead store team to meet sales and service targets.
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines.
• Foster a positive team environment for sharing ideas.
• Assist in multiple departments including service, product, stock, and layout.
• Support daily store operations: POS, stock, pricing, loyalty, cleanliness.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and inventory controls.
