Job summary

ALO is seeking an Operations Associate to join our store team in Courchevel. You will drive profitability and efficiency by partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to execute core store processes and improvements.

The role requires energy, reliability, and strong customer service to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining stock accuracy and visual standards across the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes with focus on accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate gaps with GM.
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, and floor moves.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Collaborate on budgets, expenses, inventory control, and facilities.
• Uphold stockroom standards and safe work environment.
• Move dynamically on the floor to meet business needs.
• Support operations directives with the Manager and Lead.
• Assist in shipment processing and daily replenishment.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions.
• Resolve client needs quickly ensuring satisfaction.
• Communicate inventory needs to support goals.
