Job summary

ALO in Courchevel is seeking a Store Manager who will own the store’s performance and lead a Sales, Operations, and Visual team. You will ensure a positive, productive work environment aligned with our mission and standards.

You will develop and execute retail strategies, leverage KPI data to drive sales, manage scheduling, and recruit and coach talent to retain top performers in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and business owner mentality.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, innovative retail environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies.
• Lead Sales, Operations, and Visual Managers to ensure execution of all key strategies.
• Oversee local market knowledge of clientele base and brand competitors and use KPI data to drive decisions.
• Foster an environment aligned with ALO’s mission, with growth, accountability and coaching for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals and brand culture.
