Jobtailor in Paris is seeking a Customer Success Associate to deliver exceptional service to clients and restaurant partners. You will answer questions, resolve product issues, assist onboarding, and drive adoption of our tools to ensure a positive client experience.

You will also document internal processes to streamline onboarding and support the sale of solutions that better meet client needs. A strong learner with motivation to exceed targets is ideal.

• Bonus: Familiarity with the restaurant industry.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional service to our clients by answering questions and resolving issues related to our products and services.
• Provide outstanding assistance and support to our restaurant partners, from onboarding new clients through to adoption of our tools.
• Handle incoming requests and create a positive experience for every client.
• Contribute to documenting our internal processes to streamline the client onboarding journey.
• Support the sale of products or services that better meet clients’ needs.
