You will handle reservations and rental agreements, welcome customers, and promote optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and other services to meet targets. Strong communication and a friendly, professional approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed targets and work under pressure.
• Comfort with selling optional coverage products, upgrades and add-ons.
• Experience handling reservations and rental agreements is a plus.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism
• Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, delivering exceptional service
• Maximize sales opportunities by offering optional coverage products, upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services
• Utilize sales techniques by building rapport and addressing objections
• Adhere to rental policies and procedures for compliant transactions
• Assist customers by identifying additional services to enhance their rental experience
• Provide outstanding service throughout the rental process and after-sale support
• Support branch operations with additional duties as requested by management
