• Handle reservations and process rental agreements with accuracy and professionalism.
• Ensure every customer is welcomed and treated with respect, providing an exceptional level of service from start to finish.
• Maximize sales opportunities by offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Utilize effective sales techniques by building rapport through open-ended questions, emphasizing product features and benefits, and overcoming objections.
• Adhere to all rental policies and procedures to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
• Assist customers by identifying additional services or products that may enhance their rental experience.
• Provide unmatched service excellence, ensuring full customer satisfaction at every stage of the rental process.
• Support branch operations by performing additional duties as requested by management.
