Job summary

Accor Tech & Digital seeks a Partnerships Manager to build and manage a portfolio of travel partners for a dedicated region, enriching the ALL loyalty program and driving new revenue. You will report to the Travel Partnerships Director and work with Regional Heads, Finance, Marketing, Product & IT.

The role requires 5+ years in loyalty partnerships, knowledge of travel product economics, and strong English/French communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of loyalty partnership management in Airlines, Rail, Mobility environments.
Understanding of loyalty program economics in a B2C environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

Identify, secure, and execute partnership opportunities with regional hubs.
Analyze partnerships and define development strategy for the portfolio.
Maintain relationships with partners to maximize potential and growth.
Coordinate development and deployment of partnerships with stakeholders (regions, Product, Tech, Legal, etc.).
Ensure contract commitments are respected (marketing, reporting, invoicing).
Analyze project performance and share insights with stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Customer Care, Accounting, and Marketing on portfolio management.
Support partner activation plans with regional hubs.
