Accor Tech & Digital, Accor's tech and digital transformation lab, seeks a Partnerships GTM Strategy & Operations Director. You will lead a global enablement engine for loyalty partnerships, driving usage and profitability through streamlined GTM and operations.

You will manage a team across operations, marketing, and finance, ensuring scalable, profitable B2B2C offerings. You will collaborate with Data, Media, Marketing, and Product to optimize customer journeys, governance, and partner

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue or GTM Ops in B2B2C environments.
• Hands-on with AI workflows in GTM context and measurable impact.
• Designed operating frameworks with external partners including KPIs.
• Executive presence and clear communication.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams to adopt new processes.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute global Partnerships GTM & Operations strategy.
• Lead long-range planning with stakeholders for budget and resources.
• Own partnerships data strategy, governance and performance metrics.
• Oversee data architecture, flows, legal and reporting infra.
• Own onboarding, GTM, growth, renewal/offboarding lifecycle with partners.
• Design scalable tools, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
