Accor Tech & Digital is seeking an OTA Account Executive to implement a strategic action plan that drives sustainable growth and expands the OTAS channel mix for Accor and Hotels.

You will collaborate with local e-commerce and account managers across regions, negotiate marketing plans, and lead quarterly reviews with Sales and technical teams while ensuring value preservation of web direct & loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Master degree is required.
• Experience with Online Travel Agencies, E-Commerce, or travel-related industries preferred.
• Experience handling multi-interlocutor contracts and multi-cultural teams.
• Experience building strong relationships with local teams and online partners in E-Commerce, Sales or Revenue Management.
• Ability to execute an action plan for a portfolio of strategic accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Curiosity about other cultures and teams.
• Proactive, collaborative and results-driven.
• Ability to establish strong partnerships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Create a clear action plan to reach OTA targets.
• Regularly track KPIs and challenge stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local hubs/divisions on action plan implementation.
• Negotiate marketing plans to raise Accor brand visibility.
• Organize quarterly business reviews with Sales and technical teams.
• Co-design action plans with local OTA teams to support business strategy.
• Coordinate with local account managers on opportunities with local players.
• Provide feedback to BI and sales teams on performance.
• Lead transversal projects with loyalty and web-direct teams.
