Jobgether is seeking a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer in France to blend hands-on full‑stack work with direct customer engagement. You will guide customers from initial evals to production deployment, delivering tailored integrations and scalable solutions.

You’ll operate in a small remote‑first team, influence product direction, and turn client feedback into platform improvements while owning end‑to‑end engagements across multiple customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑stack software engineering experience.
• Experience working directly with customers or developers.
• Strong API, integration, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to design across application layers and influence product direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English; clear technical communication.
• Customer relationships: listen, advise, and guide implementations.
• Product-minded: translate feedback into reusable improvements.
• Organized, autonomous, and capable in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers throughout implementation, deployment and support lifecycle.
• Lead technical discovery calls, deep dives, and live pairing sessions.
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party APIs and services.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy product improvements end to end.
• Investigate API behavior, production issues, and platform limitations.
• Maintain clear communication: progress, risks, and next steps.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product roadmap input.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align with short and long‑term goals.
