360Learning in Paris is looking for a Technical Lead to manage and coach a squad of engineers while also keeping coding up to 80% of your time. You will facilitate the team’s technical processes, support innovation goals, and help develop your team members’ strengths over time.

Qualifications

• Experience as a tech lead/mentor for at least 2 years in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives.
• Strong full-stack programming background.

Responsabilités

• Act as the point of contact for all technical topics.
• Coach other developers and conduct performance reviews.
• Participate in monthly meetings with CPTO and Engineering Director.
