Job summary
360Learning in France is seeking a Technical Lead for the Analytics Squad. You will drive the technical vision, mentor engineers, and ensure quality while spending ~20% on coding. You will coordinate with Product Managers and Designers and report to VP Engineering.
Within 1–12 months you will: build processes, run performance reviews, create courses, share best practices, and push for innovations across squads and platforms at scale.
Qualifications
- 2+ years as tech lead/mentor/coach for a software team on a SaaS platform.
- Led technical initiatives where performance and reliability are critical.
- Significant full stack programming experience with Agile methodologies and modern languages.
- Product mindset with strong customer focus.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluent English (US/UK) or equivalent (FR).
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision for the Analytics Squad and coach developers.
- Be the point of contact for technical topics from the squad and coordinate with others.
- Perform performance reviews and career path assessments.
- Maintain coding activity (~20% of time) while guiding delivery.
- Lead monthly meetings with CTO and Engineering Director to review progress and challenges.
- Collaborate with CPTO and Engineering Director to maintain squad engagement.
