Quik Hire Staffing is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to optimize talent acquisition processes and drive operational efficiency across a distributed workforce in a fully remote role. You will design scalable recruitment workflows, implement ATS/HRIS, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor KPIs to remove bottlenecks while ensuring data compliance and candidate experience.

Qualifications

Experience implementing talent operations or HR technology projects in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in ATS and HRIS systems with track record of optimization.
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment data and improve processes.
Able to partner with multiple departments to align hiring strategies.
Knowledge of data privacy and compliance related to talent acquisition.
