Quik Hire Staffing is recruiting for a Business Operations Associate (Remote) to optimize Google Workspace tools and support a distributed team. The role involves managing user accounts, providing Tier 2 support, and delivering end-user training to boost productivity.

The candidate will monitor performance, suggest improvements, and collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce security policies across Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and access management.
• Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting for Google Workspace apps and related systems.
• Ability to create and deliver training materials for end-users.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.

Responsabilités

• Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts for internal teams (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet).
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace issues and escalate as needed.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on Google Workspace usage and best practices.
• Monitor system performance and propose improvements to optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce Google Workspace security policies.
