Mistral is seeking a Recruiting Operations Manager to scale our Talent Acquisition team in Paris. You will own systems, data and processes that enable hiring 100+ people per month, collaborating with Finance, Legal and every department that hires.

You will thrive at the intersection of process, technology and people, solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement in recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, including 2+ years in recruiting, People or HR Operations, ideally in a company that has scaled headcount quickly.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail; you connect the dots and care about the underlying system.

Responsabilités

• Recruiting infrastructure & operating model: optimize ATS, recruiting stack, workflows end to end; keep system clean, connected and scalable.
• Metrics & performance: build metrics and reporting for leadership and Ops teams; turn insights into improvements in speed, quality and efficiency.
• Headcount planning & recruiting capacity: align workforce plans with business priorities and ensure recruiting capacity stays aligned as priorities evolve.
• Enable recruiters & hiring managers: build enablement around tools, sourcing, workflows, interviewing, hiring principles and calibration.
• Candidate experience & recruiting standards: establish a high-quality candidate experience and continuously improve it.
• Innovation & leverage: use AI, talent intelligence, data and emerging technologies to augment how we identify and assess talent.
