UnderDefense is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to scale our UA and US teams, focusing on Sales roles. Enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic environment with opportunities to influence hiring strategy and build high-impact teams.<\/p>

You will source and hire for both technical and non-technical roles across the US and Ukraine, leveraging direct outreach on LinkedIn and your professional network. Remote-friendly with flexible hours.

Qualifications

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience on US or Europe market.
Experience with tech or non-tech roles (Sales, Marketing).
Expert level skills in sourcing passive candidates.

Responsabilités

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Work across both Technical and Non-Technical roles on the US and Ukrainian markets.
Source candidates primarily through direct outreach on LinkedIn as well as referrals and your network.
Use your creativity and negotiation skills to attract, headhunt, and secure A-Players.
Communicate regularly with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, set sourcing strategy and identify gaps.
Run the data-driven hiring process: collect and analyze metrics, provide changes based on recruitment analytics.
Promote a personalized approach in hiring.
